Operation Condition:

1. A three-phase power supply with 380V/50Hz and 460V/60Hz.

2. A typical temperature of less than 40 °C

3. A PH of 4/10.

4. The volume of the solid in the medium is less than 4%.

5. The density of the medium must be under 1.2 x 10-3 kg/m3.

6. The basic QW pump is not allowed in an explosive or flammable environment, and it is not suitable for flammable or corrosive medium.

On request, we can nevertheless deliver the application via special design if it doesn't fit within the aforementioned operational constraints.

The vertical bottom suction type QW series submersible sewage pump has a motor, pump, and seal system. The pump is powered by the motor via a common shaft. The pump is small and equipped with protection and status indicators for safe and dependable operation.

Application and installation

The QW series pump has two installation options: permanent installation and removable installation. Auto-coupling installation, fixed wet installation, and fixed dry installation are all included in the fixed installation. Free installation is another name for removable installation; flexible pipe and stiff pipe can be used to connect the discharge.

Installing an auto-coupling as one

The sewage pump may be quickly and easily placed along guide rail into sewage with the auto connection installation. The pedestal and pump can be connected automatically, making lifting, servicing, and installation very simple.

Pump and coupler are adjusted prior to installation in this installation style. At the sump's base, the coupling base is installed beforehand. When the sump is built, the fixed bolts are mounted. Along the guide rail, the pump is freely movable.

3、 Fixed wet installation

Vertical installation, the pump is supported by pedestal which is fixed on the bottom of sump. The discharge connected with delivery pipe through Elbow.

4、 Fixed dry installation

The set is installed aside of pump pit which on the pedestal with inlet pipe. Being adopting cooling,it can make the pump operate in full

load,the continuous flowing impact can not 

break the pump,and it is suitable for various

situations for municipal engineering, crossway sewage drainage
